Original Artwork

What You'll Receive

Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted watercolor created on high-quality paper. Every piece is signed with the artist's monogram or signature. The placement, size, and style of signatures and monograms may vary from piece to piece and are considered part of the original artwork.

Handmade Nature

Because each piece is painted by hand, minor imperfections such as soft edges, pigment variation, brush texture, or occasional paint marks on the reverse side may occur. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Size & Display

Artwork dimensions are listed within each product description. Some pieces are created on 4×6 card stock and may be enjoyed as a card or displayed as a miniature painting. Depending on the design, the back of a piece may be blank, contain artwork, or include a signature or monogram. Frames, mats, and styling props shown in photographs are not included unless otherwise stated.

Fine Art Prints & Faith Cards

What You'll Receive

Faith cards and art prints are professionally printed fine art giclée reproductions of original watercolor paintings. Product details, quantities, and sizes are listed within each individual listing.

Artwork & Handwriting

Many designs include original handwritten Scripture or lettering paired with botanical artwork. Because these elements originate from hand-painted and hand-lettered artwork, slight variations in appearance, placement, and texture may occur and are part of the artistic process.

Color & Print Quality

Every effort is made to accurately represent colors; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, screen brightness, photography, and printing processes.

Display

Frames, mats, easels, and styling accessories shown in photographs are for display purposes only and are not included unless specifically noted.

Digital Downloads & Templates

What You'll Receive

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

Editing & Printing

Editable products will include instructions for accessing and customizing your files. Print quality may vary depending on your printer, paper selection, and screen settings.

Personal Use License

Digital products are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, reproduced, or resold.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some products offered by HurStories are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party production partner. Because these items are produced specifically for each order, processing and shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Slight variations in color, print placement, or production may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the printing process.

Product Photography & Mockups

Lifestyle photographs, styled images, and framed mockups are provided as visual examples to help illustrate scale, framing, and display possibilities. Actual product size, framing, colors, and placement may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Unless specifically stated, frames, props, and accessories shown are not included with your purchase.

Packaging & Shipping

All physical products are packaged thoughtfully and carefully to protect them during transit. Processing times vary by product and are listed within individual listings.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent upon the carrier and are outside of our control. HurStories is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All artwork, designs, images, handwritten lettering, and written content remain the intellectual property of HurStories and the artist.

The purchase of artwork, prints, cards, or digital products does not transfer reproduction rights or commercial usage rights. Artwork and designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Color & Handmade Variations

Because artwork is created and reproduced through both handmade and printing processes, slight variations in color, texture, paper grain, and appearance should be expected. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, original, and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hurstories.com so we can help resolve the matter.
